How It Works

  1. For the first two to three months, candidates will join your organization as Management Trainees.
  2. No salary, allowance, or compensation is required during this period.
  3. If you are not satisfied, issue a two-month Management Trainee Certificate.
  4. If you wish to absorb them permanently, you may hire them after the agreed training period.
  5. Placement fee is only 5% of the salary.
  6. Staff replacement is available with a one-month induction period.
